What's our policy?
MTI is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and we have taken strong measures to ensure that the information we gather from you will be secure and confidential.
What information do we need and what do we do with it?
The information we need when you order something from MTI includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to fill your order and/or keep you updated on the status of your order.
How do we protect your information?
We make sure that every online communication with our customers meets our high standards of privacy and security. We do this by using a secure server with software that encrypts all of your confidential information before you send it to us. In addition, we take strong measures to protect all customer data against unauthorized access.
Do we use "cookies"?
Only with milk. But seriously, cookies are small bites of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. MTI cookies allow us to recognize each returning customer and their relevant information so that you do not need to input the same information more than once. We do not place any personallyÊ identifying confidential information in your cookies. In addition, cookies are not used to access information entered on the secure server. This information can only be accessed when you enter your name and password.
Will MTI share any of my personal information?
No! That's why it's personal. MTI will not trade, sell or rent your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or company name) to third parties without your consent. And, we also protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of customer data. While we may provide statistics to outside companies about our customers, including sales and related site information, it will not include any personally identifying information.
So, you're probably wondering why we need all that personal information. The answer is simple-it's so that we can constantly improve your relationship with MTI.
Will MTI change its policy?
When you use the MTI web site you consent to the collection and use of your information by MTI. If we alter our privacy policy in any way we will post those changes here so you can be aware of anything that may affect you in the way we disclose information.
Any more questions?
MTI takes the issue of protecting your privacy seriously. If you have any concerns, questions, or just want to tell us what you think, feel free to contact us.
